The Full Throttle Method: How Steve Pinney Jr Coaches

Steve Pinney Jr coaches executives, business owners, couples, families and young adults over Zoom and phone. The approach he calls the Full Throttle Method starts with measurement, not advice.

It starts with a questionnaire

Before the first session, every client completes a baseline questionnaire in their own words. Coach Steve reads it before you meet, so the first conversation starts with context instead of introductions.

Then the assessments

The Full Throttle Method uses EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 for emotional intelligence, and DISC for behavioural and communication style. Couples also work with Prepare/Enrich. The point is not a label. It is a clearer picture of how one particular person operates under pressure.

And then the work

Insight on its own changes nothing. Each assessment is followed by a debrief, and the debriefs feed a personalized growth plan: what to strengthen, what is getting in the way, and what to do next week rather than one day.

Who he works with

Individuals, executives and business owners, couples, families, and young people through the Youth and Young Adult Pathfinder programs. Coaching is by Zoom and phone, so where you live does not decide whether you can work with him.
